Just finished watching Route 66 , The Movie, it was enthralling. Girls and guys alike were held spellbound for the whole 3 hours. Fletch has done a marvellous job of involving real Route 66 personalities in getting across the history and significance of this great road. The viewer is instantly transported to each region and involved in the excitement of the exploration. The Diners, Service Stations, roads, bridges, cars and countryside are beautifully melded to create a unique visual experience. I am sure all viewers will want to participate in this great trek, I know I do !!! As a keen international traveller with a particular “bent” for automotive history. The presentation has confirmed my commitment to joining this years Route 66.
